Encúpula invites us to inhabit the possibility of an interaction between law and art.

Giorgia Alliata di Montereale

Giorgia is an artist lawyer who studies the conceptual intersection between law and art in her production. She starts from the concept of justice as a vast and intimately subjective enigma to delve into how the relativity of each person’s claims to justice can be perceived from art.

She works with a special focus on the space and time of completion of the work and its eventual mutation. Her media derives from photography and photosensitive materials, but some of the chemical reactions it undergoes stray from this type of register and acquires other variations.
